My Story (Why I joined Project XT): I feel like it is easy to be “skinny”, but to get in great shape and learn how to eat and train well takes a lot of hard work and dedication. I am very impressed with my husband Mike’s extreme transformation and am very excited to see what my body can do. I enjoy the body building and fitness lifestyle and would like to make a life long change not just to compete once and be done.

Goals (What I hope to achieve): I hope to be in the best shape of my life and maintain it year round.

Favorite cheat food: Chips

Biggest pet peeve at the gym: Old guys staring!

My Story (Why I joined Project XT): I have tried for numerous years to lose belly fat and gain a sexy lean 6 pack. Over the last 10 years of attempting to gain muscle and lose fat I ended up with a cute little pot belly and some muscle. I have tried every supplement out there in the hopes of getting miracle results. In the end a friend told me about Project XT so here I am a short guy (5’3”) hoping to get his dream commercial body.  

Goals (What I hope to achieve): Lean thick muscle with a nice 6 pack. Thicker Legs would be an added bonus.

Favorite cheat food: Steaks and Mash potatoes

Favorite body part to train: Biceps

Least favorite body part to train: Abs

Biggest pet peeve at the gym: People that are there to socialize.

My Story (Why I joined Project XT): Three years ago I under went chemotherapy and radiation treatment for breast cancer. My body tolerated the treatment better due to a fitness/nutrition program I was on. After surviving the ordeal I got busy with work, life and every day issues neglecting my workouts. I started gaining weight and feeling unhealthy. I knew my body could be that fit, toned muscle body that I have always wanted I just did not know how to achieve it. I went on a journey to find someone who could help me transform my body and take it to the next level. I found DJ and Kimberlin; I am here for personal growth and transformation.
Goals (What I hope to achieve):I want a fit, fierce and fabulous body!
Favorite cheat food: Jelly Belly Sours, Cheesecake, Mac & Cheese

Biggest pet peeve at the gym: When someone sweats on the equipment and does not clean it up!

My Story (Why I joined Project XT): I have been working out for about 10 years now and have always been in pretty good shape. My wife got pregnant last year and I took a break from the gym. Well the break I took ended up being about 10 months. I have never really had a big break like that, and I found myself gaining weight faster than I used to when I was younger. To make a long story short…I gained 40 lbs in the 10 months and decided I want to make a change. I want to set a good example for my daughters to always eat healthy and live an active lifestyle.
Goals (What I hope to achieve): I hope to push my body to the next level. Although I have always been in pretty good shape I have never had a six pack. This is something I am really looking forward to seeing! I want to see just how good of shape I could really get into.
Favorite cheat food: Any Italian Food

My Story (Why I joined Project XT or What I hope to achieve):I joined Project XT because I’m turning 40 in a year and for the first time I found myself on the other side of the track not working out as much as I used to and now I’m out of shape and overweight. Since I’ve always been involved with sports over the last 28 years and had been in shape, I never had to stress about being overweight. I was able to eat anything at anytime of the day or night without gaining any weight. Project XT is going to be a new challenge for me and something totally out the norm for me.
Favorite body part to train: Biceps & Triceps
Least favorite body part to train: Abs!
Biggest pet peeve at the gym: When someone has taken over two machines at the same time and then they’re off socializing with other people at the gym, yet still expect to use both pieces of equipment without letting you work in.

My Story (Why I joined Project XT or What I hope to achieve):  I love a team atmosphere!   Having a strong competitive nature I look forward to showing off my hard work in the same competition as my fellow competitors.  Having a great support system that motivates me is key! Placing in the top 3 is what I hope to achieve.

Biggest pet peeve at the gym: As co-owner of BodyVisions with my trainer/husband DJ, is a huge bonus.....not ever waiting for equipment!  But when I do train at 24Hour Fitness my pet peeve is the lack of temperature control...it's always too HOT!
